Picking a district sends this product to every active Franchise there as a pending item —
it only appears to that Franchise's own customers once their admin reviews (and can edit) it and taps Accept.
HSN/GST/Image stay shared; everything else (name, category, price, cost, lead time, stock settings) becomes each Franchise's own from the values you enter below.

Optional — bought loose by weight? Fill these two and Shop Price below fills in automatically (based on the Unit field further down). You can still type Shop Price directly instead — this is just a shortcut.

Turn Track Stock off for items bought fresh per order (e.g. fish, some vegetables) — Purchases can still be logged for cost/GST records, just without a stock count. Billing always works either way.
Set a quantity range (To blank = no upper limit), an amount, and whether it's Added to or Subtracted from the shop price per unit, once the slot's total quantity for this product falls in that range. Outside any range, no adjustment applies.
